Our Approach
WHY do a podcast?
If there is one thing Dodgeballers love almost as much as playing Dodgeball, its talking about Dodgeball. Just about any conversation that takes place between Dodgeballers can be a podcast worthy episode and with a desire to share these stories and conversations with the world, the idea to begin a podcast that would cover a "101" of Dodgeball was conceived with the general audience in mind.
Our Story
continuing with the Dodgeball podcast
After a few year hiatus, the desire to talk about Dodgeball never waned. In fact, as Dodgeball continued to grow in its many facets, so did the desire to delve further to cover everything that led up to its current greatness. It wasn't until a visit to the Football Hallfame that the final nudge to bring it back was strong enough.
Meet the Team
Since its resurgence in the latter portion of 2017, The Dodgeball Podcast has truly taken a life of its own. After spanning across all corners of the US, and across the globe, this undertaking could not be sustained without the help of many selfless individuals.

Steve Damon
Host
After receiving a phone call to "come out and play Dodgeball" one Saturday night in 2004, Steve's life had forever been changed. From Dodgeball's "pre-movie struggles," to the wave that came after the release of Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, the rise and fall of the National Dodgeball League , the rise of Elite Dodgeball, the transition into USA Dodgeball, Steve has done it all. From playing on competitive teams such as Team Evil, Rampage, Titan, to countless recreation seasons, running Tucson Dodgeball (2005-2014) Steve has found a great way to tell and preserve the story of Dodgeball via podcasting.

Dominick Borgia
Marketing/Promotions
In 2019, Dominick Borgia had selflessly begun offering suggestions, resources, and advice on where to take The Dodgeball Podcast becoming an immediate contributor. With eye-catching Instagram posts, visual soundbites, and brilliant suggestions, Dom has been instrumental in increasing the reach, brand and social presence of The Dodgeball Podcast.

Nick Tantillo
Audio Engineer
Nick Tantillo, of Tantillo Productions is the sole reason for the professional level quality listeners of The Dodgeball Podcast get to enjoy. His professionalism and meticulous attention to detail continues to raise the bar for every episode.
Once the "sound-booth" was no longer an option, Nick helped Steve transition into a home studio, dramatically increasing The Dodgeball Podcast's recording capabilities.
The Dodgeball Podcast would simply not be where it is at today, had it not been for Nick's involvement, guidance, and continuous pushing towards a quality production.

Justin Bosch
Co-Host
Justin Bosch has become a great source of feedback and advice in terms of what to cover Dodgeball subject wise, and within the East Coast. So much so, that Justin Bosch has become the first official Co-Host of the Dodgeball Podcast by hosting and producing interviews and episodes independently, helping broaden the content and scope of The Dodgeball Podcast.

Sergio Leon
Content Editor
Since the later portion of 2019, Sergio Leon took it upon himself to start adding "time stamps" to each episode to help listeners get a feel for what they are about to listen to (in case they want to "skip to the good stuff." Since then he has become an integral member of the team and the release process.
Dedicating countless hours to listen to an episode before it is released, Sergio has not only caught numerous bad words that have slipped by the initial edit, dead space, or content that should have been cut, he has also helped tee up guests from other regions within North America to include across the pond.
